Payment Options

Middle Tennessee Realty Group, Inc. accepts a cashier’s check or money order(s) for a tenant’s first month’s rent. After the first month, we accept these payment options:

1) valid personal check(s)

2) Pay directly via our website.

Note: Online payments are subject to a 3.5% surcharge.

3) Payment through Zelle – Use the email bconnallymtrg@gmail.com which will link to our phone number of 615- 893-2380. Please include an additional 50 cents for each deposit. (Note: please check your Zelle limits because often, Zelle will only allow up to a $500 limit per day. You may want to check with your financial representative to get an increase in your limit.)  

4) Deposit your rent at Pinnacle Financial. Please put the property address on the deposit slip. (The deposit instructions at Pinnacle will be on your lease.)

Please keep in mind that all rent must be paid within the 5 day grace period.
